The Network of Schools in Creativity and Innovation Mosaic, an international community of individuals passionate about the management of creativity and innovation, intended to be long-lasting, rich in new ideas and motivated by a collective desire to change the rules of the game and break down barriers, was launched in 2016.
It all started in 2009, when Mosaic HEC Montréal launched the Summer School on Management of Creativity in an Innovation Society, in collaboration with the University of Barcelona. This two-week intensive program was offered for the eleventh time in 2020 and has thus far attracted more than 600 participants. The first week of the program is held in Montréal and the second, in Barcelona.
Its originality, which lies in its innovative, active, collective, multidisciplinary and international teaching approach, immediately attracted attention from other universities.
In 2010, in collaboration with Mosaic, the Bureau for Economic Theory and Applications (BETA) at the University of Strasbourg created the Autumn School on Management of Creativity, the tenth edition of which took place from November 4 to 8, 2019. In 2019, the Department of Global Innovation Studies (GINOS), Toyo University joined the network with its first event: Creatoyo. Its third edition will be held from January 30 to February 4 in 2021.
The Mosaic network is a source of inspiration, it has helped us create our own vision of creativity with a Tokyo twist.
